SIGLO IV Cigar from Cohiba (Single Stick)
Description: This cigar was introduced in November 1992 and introduced to the international market in 1994, commemorating the 500th anniversary of the arrival of Columbus to the New World. The Siglo series are said to be milder than the rest of the models from the Cuban brand, tasting all them very similar, with mild creamy sweetness, medium bean flavours and also medium tobacco taste. 143mm of smoking pleasure.
This Corona Gorda has consistently increased in quality every year since its introduction in 1992. The Siglo IV is a demanding, yet fantastic smoke and should be visited by seasoned afficionados only. The Cohiban Corona Gorda is full bodied and is capable of giving the smoker a whack. An impressive construction makes for the SigloIV's flavors to be released in an easy and equal burn. Wonderful flavors released consist of pepper, roasted nuts and medium tobacco. Towards the end of the stick the blend might release chocolate- spice onto your palate. A well rounded cigar and very pleasant.

About the Brand: Cohiba is the flagship brand of Habanos.
It was created in 1966 for President Fidel Castro himself and was made at the then top secret but now world famous El Laguito factory. At first, it was only seen outside Cuba as gifts for heads of state and visiting diplomats.
Since 1982 Cohiba has been available in limited quantities to the open market.
The name is an ancient Taino Indian word for the bunches of tobacco leaves that Columbus first saw being smoked by the original inhabitants of Cuba — the earliest known form of the cigar.
