The flavors were toasted tobacco and leathers, with some woody notes in the first third. Mid-stick there were some great chocolate and espresso flavors. In the last third some mild spice and pepper emerged, but I was impressed with the balance and smoothness. Most enjoyable.

Review Notes: The wrapper is gorgeous, veineless and maduro. The pre-light aroma and draw are simply spectacular, leathery and spicey. After lighting, draw and burn are perfect, solid dark grey ash. Flavors start stronger to mellow a bit in the second third resuming intensity in the last third. They include strong leather but also spice, earth, and chocolate. A truly magnificent, medium bodied but very flavorful cigar!

Review Notes: This true maduro is a true work of art. Impeccable construction, perfect draw, and the most perfect ash and burn. The flavors are rich and deep. Coffee beans and toasty-goodness overload the mouth with pure bliss. Amazingly complex, the best pallates will pick up hints of vanilla, cedar, and leather. A brilliant cigar, with a eye-popping price tag, a must try for every true aficionado.

Review Notes: This was by far one of the best smokes of my life. The only cigar I've enjoyed better was a well aged VR don al. It's not often I purchase something this expensive, but you owe it to yourself to smoke atleast one of these beauties. Well worth the $$$$

Review Notes: Im not one to quickly associate coffee or chocolate with maduros, but witht this 4 seem caped beaut, it was the case! It was like a warm cup of spicey coffee with sugary cream overtone Im impressed and im not a big COhiba guy, but the 5 years age really paid off, this is a truley special cigar, and the only size for my taste, that i could buy boxes of.
