The No.1's tobacco is cedary, and peppery at times, it could be argued that the cigar has less flavorsome tobacco than other cigars, yet the balance acquired due to rolling techniques allows the No.1 to flaunt its muted attributes.

so after smoking montecristo no 4..... joy suggested me dis cigar..its a well constructed cigar...a bit soft towards the side where u draw in the smoke aka loosely packed whereas the whole body is neither to tight nor to loosely packed ..... at first when u smell this beauty its got a deep leathery smell which is a sign of a nicely aged cigar... its predraw gives u a nice taste of leather ..a bit nutty with earthly like mineral taste to it..mineral or salty whatever you may say . aftr lighting the cigar it gives u a naice thick creamy smoke with that nutty aroma to it added subtle saltiness/mineral taste to it .the 2nd half of the cigar the flavor changes to coffee and creamy taste to it and as the cigar progresses it becomes bit stronger but overall the creaminess remains .. a beauty to smoke with single malt or evn a good ale beer
